We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Process.
Job Details:
- Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
- Location: Coimbatore
- Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
- Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
- Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
- Process: US Healthcare
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance follow-up calls with US healthcare insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid, pending and denied medical claims.
- Check claim status and identify reasons for payment delays.
- Contact insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
- Work on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of pending claims.
Required Skills:
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare and medical billing
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
