The primary responsibility will be to develop and implement API integrations connecting QuickBooks and Odoo accounting software with Zoho's Accredited Service Provider (ASP) platform, enabling businesses to comply with UAE e-invoicing requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities
- API Development & Integration: Design, develop and maintain API integrations between QuickBooks, Odoo and Zoho's ASP platform.

- E-Invoicing Implementation: Configure invoice data mapping, transformation and validation in accordance with UAE e-invoicing technical requirements.

- Invoice Automation: Automate the extraction, transmission and processing of electronic invoices and credit notes from clients' accounting systems to the ASP.

- Data Synchronization: Develop mechanisms for invoice status tracking, acknowledgements, error handling and synchronization between accounting systems and the ASP.

- Technical Implementation: Independently manage integration development, API configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities for multiple clients.

- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve API connectivity issues, data mapping errors, failed transmissions and other technical challenges.

- Technical Coordination: Work closely with Bericht's UAE e-invoicing consulting team,



Zoho's technical team and client IT representatives.

- Documentation & Maintenance: Develop reusable integration solutions, maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for implemented integrations.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online API and/or Odoo API.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js or equivalent technologies.

- Experience integrating ERP/accounting software with third-party platforms.

- Knowledge of API testing, debugging, authentication and data security.

- Understanding of accounting transactions, invoice structures and ERP workflows.

- Familiarity with Peppol, PINT AE and UAE e-invoicing standards will be an added advantage.

Candidate Expectations

We are specifically looking for a hands-on technical professional, rather than a general IT support candidate, who can independently develop and deploy API-based integration solutions.

Prior experience in e-invoicing integrations or ERP-to-third-party platform connectivity would be highly preferred.

The position can be handled entirely remotely, with regular coordination with our UAE consulting team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
