Role Description The AI Operations Intern is a remote, contract role focused on supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven operational workflows and customer acquisition systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing data, assisting with process mapping, documenting system requirements, and helping monitor performance metrics across AI automation, CRM integrations, and analytics dashboards. The intern will collaborate with operations, technical, and client-facing team members to coordinate tasks, prepare reports,



and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Additional activities may include supporting sales and marketing initiatives with operational insights, conducting research on tools and best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and client deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and supporting AI and automation initiatives.
- Clear and professional Communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes.
- Interest or experience in Sales and revenue-focused operations to support customer acquisition and client-facing activities.
- Foundational Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist with workflow design, task coordination, and timeline tracking.
- Comfort with digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and project management software; familiarity with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a rapid-paced, experimental setting.
- Relevant coursework or experience in business, operations, analytics, or a related field; current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
