NXTGEN Intelligence AI Academy is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AI/ML Developer cum Trainer who can combine technical expertise with a passion for teaching.

The candidate will be responsible for developing AI/ML-based applications, working on Generative AI projects, and delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and aspiring professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts through real-world examples and projects.

- AI/ML Development
- Develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.
- Build predictive models, classification systems, and data-driven applications.
- Work on Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
- Work with APIs, databases, and modern AI frameworks.
- Participate in real-world AI projects and application development.
- Training & Teaching
- Conduct practical training sessions on Python, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Teach students through live demonstrations, coding exercises, and hands-on projects.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and project tasks.
- Guide students in developing mini-projects and capstone projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into training sessions.
- Programming: Python, OOPs, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
- Machine Learning: Scikit-learn, Regression, Classification, Clustering, Model Evaluation.
- Deep Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch,



Neural Networks.
- Data Science: Data Preprocessing, Data Analysis, Feature Engineering.
- NLP & Computer Vision: NLP fundamentals, Transformers, CNNs, Image Classification.
- Generative AI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face.
- foundation knowledge of RAG and agents
- Development Tools: Git, GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, VS Code.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant industry or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience developing practical AI/ML projects.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
- Experience in developing Generative AI applications and AI-powered solutions.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience conducting technical workshops, bootcamps, or training sessions.
- A portfolio of AI/ML projects or GitHub repositories.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and advanced learners.
