As a Salesforce Vlocity Senior Associate you will support client service work within our Managed Services practice, helping execute outsourced processes, review and enrich data, monitor quality controls, and resolve escalations and queries. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to interpret data, respond to wide-ranging needs, and contribute to workstreams that connect directly to broader project objectives. In this role at PwC, you will apply Salesforce experience to modernization and support activities, help organize day-to-day delivery, and continue developing your personal brand while deepening your technical skills in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

- Executing Salesforce Vlocity support workstreams across client service operations and managed service delivery
- Managing client requests, escalations,



and routine case activity while maintaining timely progress and clear follow-up
- Reviewing data, correcting records, and performing data enrichment activities to support reliable processing and reporting
- Applying Salesforce platform knowledge to monitor workflows, configure supported processes, and resolve service issues
- Implementing quality control checks, documentation updates, and process reviews to improve consistency in delivery
- Interpreting service metrics and operational trends to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
- Coordinating with team members and client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify issues, and move work forward
- Supporting end-to-end application maintenance and modernization activities within Salesforce-based service environments

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
