Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our end-to-end payable workflow. In this role, you will ensure inventory costing accuracy, streamline vendor payments, and collaborate closely with supply chain and marketing teams to maintain healthy cash flow and robust vendor relationships across our freight, manufacturing, and marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Three-Way Matching & Inventory Accounting
- Perform three-way matching across POs, warehouse receipts, and vendor invoices.
- Reconcile international manufacturing invoices, including duties, tariffs, and freight-in costs to calculate accurate landed costs.
- Investigate and resolve price, quantity,



or damage discrepancies with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Invoice Processing & Spend Management
- Process high-volume overhead invoices (marketing ads, software, logistics, agency fees) into the ERP system.
- Ensure proper expense allocation across product lines, departments, and marketing channels.
- Monitor employee expense reports and corporate card reconciliations for policy compliance.
- Payment Execution & Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.
- Capitalize on early payment discounts and manage payment terms to optimize working capital.
- Maintain accurate vendor profiles, tax documentation, and banking details.
- Month-End Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile the AP aging report to the general ledger at month-end.
- Assist with month-end accruals (GRNI and unbilled marketing expenses).
- Support audit requests with required documentation for disbursements and expense testing.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
