About the Role

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Account Managers for Flipkart's Food Delivery initiative – Eat In, powered by the ONDC Network.

The selected candidates will manage restaurant partners, ensure smooth platform operations, resolve operational issues and drive restaurant engagement through regular calls and physical outlet visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of mapped restaurant partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Conduct regular calls and physical visits to ensure restaurant activity.
- Resolve issues related to menus, pricing, POS, order acceptance and stock availability.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive restaurant partners.
- Provide training and assistance on platform dashboards and applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technical support for issue resolution.
- Monitor restaurant performance, order acceptance, cancellations and ratings.
- Maintain daily call reports, visit trackers and account updates.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Field Sales or Partner Support.
- Candidates from Swiggy, Zomato,



EatSure, FMCG, Food Delivery or Retail industries preferred.
- Experience in Restaurant Partner Management / Merchant Support / B2B Sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Bangalore.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
