The Method Lab | An Initiative of Hopscotch Child Therapy

Location: Remote

Engagement: Independent, programme-based collaboration

About The Method Lab The Method Lab is a professional training and capacity-building initiative of Hopscotch Child Therapy, dedicated to strengthening the connection between scientific knowledge and professional practice across the behavioural and health sciences.

We are developing a portfolio of specialised, expert-led learning programmes that respond to the evolving needs of professionals working in education, psychology, healthcare, research and related fields.

Our approach brings together disciplinary expertise, practical experience and collaborative programme development to create learning experiences that extend beyond conventional introductory workshops.

The Opportunity

We are inviting academics, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, medical professionals and allied healthcare specialists to join our growing network of professional collaborators across India. We are particularly interested in individuals who enjoy teaching, recognise opportunities for meaningful professional learning within their disciplines, and would welcome the opportunity to develop and deliver specialised online programmes in collaboration with The Method Lab. This opportunity is designed for professionals who wish to contribute their expertise alongside their existing academic, research or clinical commitments.

Areas of Collaboration

1. Programme Conceptualisation & Development: Work collaboratively with The Method Lab to identify relevant professional learning needs and develop specialised workshops, short courses and other professional development initiatives. This may involve shaping programme themes, defining learning outcomes, developing instructional content and designing activities that connect knowledge with practical application.
2. Online Training & Facilitation: Lead engaging,

interactive online learning experiences for professional audiences within your area of expertise. We particularly value training approaches that incorporate practical demonstrations, case discussions, applied exercises and opportunities for participants to engage critically with professional challenges.
3. Interdisciplinary Learning: Contribute to programmes that bring together complementary perspectives from psychology, education, medicine, allied healthcare, public health and related disciplines.
4. Academic & Professional Engagement: Where relevant, explore opportunities for collaborative learning initiatives involving academic departments, healthcare institutions, professional associations and other professional communities.
