Responsibilities
Monitor Hadoop cluster and batch job executions.
Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
Analyze application, server, and Hadoop logs for troubleshooting.
Develop Shell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks.
Support Hadoop components such as HDFS, Hive, and YARN.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Work with development teams to resolve application issues.
Support cloud-hosted data platforms and services.
Ensure SLA compliance and system availability.
Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
