Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions.
Prepare GFC drawings and construction details.
Coordinate with consultants, clients and site teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor work as per approved drawings.
Assist in material selection, detailing and design development.
Ensure timely completion of drawings and project deliverables.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Knowledge of Revit, Lumion and Photoshop is an advantage.
Understanding of construction details and materials.
Valuable communication, coordination and time-management skills.
Qualification: B.Arch from a recognised institution. Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with their portfolio.
