Tsol, an architecture design company, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Kozhikode.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation, with a valuable understanding of building design and drafting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Develop detailed drawings based on architects' concepts and design inputs.
Prepare door and window schedules, layout plans, and construction details.
Incorporate revisions based on design changes and client requirements.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other team members to ensure drawing accuracy.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building standards.
Maintain and organise drawing files and documentation.
Assist in preparing drawings for client presentations, approvals, and construction purposes.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp and other design or drafting software is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Positive understanding of construction detailing and building materials.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
