Key Responsblity
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle accounting entries, payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.
Manage petty cash, cash book, and daily cash transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS, and monthly financial reporting.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Tally Prime.
Solid knowledge of manual accounting and voucher entries.
Practical experience in petty cash management and bank reconciliation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
