The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, generating current business leads, following up with potential clients, explaining our photography and videography services, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, maintaining customer relationships, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role also involves WhatsApp communication, phone calls, updating CRM records, achieving monthly sales targets, and coordinating with the production team. This is a full time, work-from-office position.
