We are looking for a highly execution-driven Operations Manager to lead large-scale AIS-140 device deployments and field operations. This role requires solid expertise in field team management,
installation quality, and operational efficiency across fleet projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end deployment of AIS-140 devices across buses, taxis, and commercial fleets
● Plan and execute daily installation schedules to meet project timelines
● Manage and lead field technicians, supervisors, and vendor partners
● Monitor and improve:
○ Installations per day
○ First-time-right (FTR) installations
○ Device activation rates
● Ensure strict adherence to AIS-140 compliance and installation SOPs
● Conduct field audits, quality checks, and training sessions
● Manage installation vendors and track SLA performance
● Oversee post-installation support and service SLAs
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce rework
● Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for leadership
Key Requirements :
● 4–5 years of experience in:
○ Telematics / IoT / Automotive / Field Operations
● Hands-on experience in:
○ GPS / AIS-140 device installations (preferred)
○ Managing field teams and vendors
● Robust understanding of:
○ Vehicle electrical systems (wiring, ignition connections)
○ GPS/GSM-based tracking devices
● Proven ability to:
○ Manage high-volume deployments
○ Drive execution and meet strict timelines
Education & Preferred Qualification
● B.E / B.Tech in:
○ Electronics / Electrical / Automobile
● Certification or exposure in:
○ Telematics / IoT systems
○ Automotive electronics
○ Vehicle diagnostics
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 per year
