Own administration and facilities operations, with immediate responsibility for coordinating Techsara’s current 500-
seater office setup and relocation, targeting operations from March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate property evaluations, site visits and commercial discussions with brokers and landlords.
Drive office setup and relocation schedules, working with architects, fit-out contractors, IT and other vendors.
Monitor project milestones, quotations, approved budgets and vendor deliverables; escalate risks promptly.
Coordinate movement, installation and inventory of existing office furniture and other assets.
Manage ongoing facilities: housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, supplies and workspace readiness.
Maintain vendor contracts, asset records, administrative expense trackers and periodic MIS.
Coordinate building, fire-safety and statutory checks with qualified specialists and relevant teams.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years in corporate administration, facilities or workplace operations.
Hands-on experience in at least one sizeable office setup/relocation (preferably 200+ seats) is essential.
Solid vendor management, negotiation, project tracking and Excel skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
