Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver interactive, learner-centric lessons aligned with curriculum objectives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Implement effective classroom management strategies and maintain discipline
Assess student performance through assignments, activities, and evaluations
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning resources
Participate actively in school events, meetings, training sessions, and academic planning
Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills among students
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant subject specialization
B.Ed qualification is mandatory
1–8 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Cambridge schools preferred
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Valuable classroom management and student engagement abilities
Passion for teaching and continuous learning
