Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Planon platform (Planon Accelerator, Planon Universe, or Planon ProCenter)
Robust understanding of Planon modules such as Real Estate Management, Space Management, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Service Management, or Sustainability
Experience with Planon Connect / Planon Web Services / REST APIs for system integrations
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML) for customizations
Experience with Planon's reporting engine (e.g., Field Definer, Report Manager, BIRT, or similar)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Planon certification(s) (e.g., Planon Certified Application Consultant/Developer)
Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms beyond Planon (e.g., Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, ServiceNow FM) is a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management
Background in facilities management, corporate real estate, or maintenance operations
