Handle customer queries for global brands via Chat & only
Resolve issues related to e-commerce, fintech, or travel for international users
Work Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Fixed Rotational Off
Shift: Rotational shifts with One-Way Company Cab for secure commute
Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru Easy metro/bus access

Who Can Apply:
Qualification: UG Graduate in any stream
Experience:



Freshers & up to 2 years experience welcome
Skills: Excellent written English, 30+ WPM typing speed with 90%+ accuracy
Mindset: Customer-first attitude, positive logical reasoning, night-shift flexibility
