Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and applicable statutory requirements.
Support performance management, attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies and initiatives across the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
Preference will be given to candidates with prior HR experience in the hospital/healthcare industry.
