ABOUT THE ROLE

Workshop - Assistant Manager/ Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the motorcycle/scooter service workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role includes managing technicians, monitoring service quality, inventory control, and maintaining safety and operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Manage and coordinate all after-sales refurbishment activities for assigned projects/products.
Ensure timely completion of refurbishment tasks within defined TATs.
Coordinate with internal departments, service teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Handling the entire refurbishment workshop - end to end




Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure refurbishment standards are met.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and status updates related to refurbishment activities.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a qualified and timely manner.
Track pending issues and proactively follow up until closure.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines

KEY REQUIREMENT
Btech in mechanical engineering/ after sales operations
Strong knowledge of motorcycle/scooter mechanics and diagnostics
Leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Customer handling and communication skills
Workshop planning and operational management
Basic computer skills (ERP, job card management)
