Your key responsibilities
Demonstrate robust functional and consulting capabilities across people-focused domains.
Sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management domains, including Organization design and workforce planning.
Talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
Compensation & advantages and rewards strategies.
HR operating model and HR transformation initiatives.
Ability to support end-to-end consulting projects, including data collection, diagnostics, and analysis.
Process mapping and future-state design.
Preparation of client-ready presentations, reports, and insights.
Experience applying analytical tools and frameworks (e.g., workforce analytics, engagement surveys,
competency frameworks).
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for storytelling, analysis, and executive communication.
Exposure to HR technologies or digital HR solutions (e.g., HRMS, talent platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.
Adherence to consulting quality standards, timelines, and documentation practices.
