Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining operations.
Analyse MIS and initiate Process improvement.
Analyse orders status in APC for on time delivery improvement.
Prepare process routings for recent material & aggregates as per timeline.
Responsible for Layout development for Lean mfg. Multi-tasking and skill elimination.
Prepare marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant.
Identify Waste & eliminate in existing process.
Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service.
Prepare Standard work instruction and process for all product.




Responsible for selection of current equipment for required process.

Defined competencies:
Knowledge of Tool-Engineering,
Knowledge of Machining Processes, setup activities,
Knowledge of Auto CAD.
Knowledge of manufacturing process for engineering industry
Knowledge of SAP-PP Module and MS Office

Behavioral Competencies:
