Role & responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies.
Support the Product Manager in preparing annual brand plans.
Monitor product sales, market share, and brand performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Develop promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Prepare product promotional materials, visual aids, brochures, and presentations.
Coordinate with advertising agencies for marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute recent product launch activities.
Coordinate with the sales team for effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct product training sessions for medical representatives and field managers.
Organize doctor meetings, CME programs, conferences, and promotional activities.
Collect and analyze feedback from the field force.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.




Analyze primary and secondary sales data.
Prepare monthly sales reports and marketing performance reports.
Coordinate with medical, regulatory, production, and supply chain departments.
Ensure promotional activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical marketing guidelines.
Monitor marketing budgets and promotional expenditure.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
