Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and business development for our solar energy projects in the Kollam region. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in field sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination within the renewable energy or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Generate leads through direct field sales, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
Meet prospective customers, understand their energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with the engineering and project execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar, electrical, renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Candidates from Bangaluru District will be given preference.
