Pastry & Bakery Chef Instructor – Food Consulate, Chennai

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)

What you'll do
Run and support practical pastry & bakery classes
Demonstrate techniques: viennoiserie, entremets, plated desserts, breads, finishing & presentation




Guide students hands-on and help with assessments
Keep the kitchen hygienic, protected, and disciplined; handle mise en place and class prep

You'll fit if you have
Diploma/degree in Pastry, Bakery, or Culinary Arts
Minimum 3 years in a hotel, patisserie, or standalone bakery (Demi Chef / CDP Pastry / Pastry Chef)
Strong practical skills, plus patience and clear communication
Interest in teaching (prior training experience is a plus)
