Role & Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to calculate material and labour quantities.
Prepare rate analysis, cost comparisons, and budget estimates.
Verify contractor bills, subcontractor measurements, and running account (RA) bills.
Monitor project costs, variations, and material consumption to ensure budget compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and quantity measurement.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant estimation software.
Knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure projects, and contract documentation.
Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
