Role & responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of nursing staff.
Ensure secure, effective, and compassionate patient care across assigned areas.
Allocate duties and prepare/monitor staff deployment as per patient and department requirements.
Monitor nursing procedures, medication administration, documentation, and patient safety practices.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection prevention practices, and quality standards.
Conduct regular rounds and monitor nursing care standards.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing leadership, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Address patient and staff concerns and escalate critical issues to the appropriate authority.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of nursing staff.

Preferred candidate profile:
Positive leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage nursing teams and work effectively in a quick-paced hospital workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
