Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Management subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic schedules.
Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and research activities.
Conduct examinations, evaluate assignments, and maintain academic records.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
Support departmental activities, admissions, and student mentoring.
Contribute to research papers, publications, and academic initiatives.

Educational Qualification
MBA / Master's degree in Management with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent, as applicable.
NET / SET / Ph.D. as per applicable UGC and university norms.

Experience
Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply.
Teaching experience in Management Studies will be preferred.

Candidate Preference
Preference will be given to Indore-based local candidates.
