Role & responsibilities
Construction Management: Coordinate and ensure implementation of civil/structural works as per the agreed construction schedule, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality standards.
Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and clients for necessary design inputs and review all design submittals for buildability.
Certify contractors' monthly RA bills based on work executed; review daily/weekly progress reports; coordinate with contractors' engineers and supervisors and develop action plans to address delays in work progress.
Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) measures as per standard operating procedures.
Drive team development by training and mentoring junior executives, focusing on resource optimization, value engineering, and knowledge sharing.
Support the bidding team for recent projects through quantification, preparation of working drawings, and related activities
