Role & responsibilities
Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates
Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.
Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases
Perform screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis
Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process

Preferred candidate profile
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
Solid experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.
Positive grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms
Energetic & Self-motivated individual
Passionate towards recruitment
