Lead CMM lab operations and team management.
Perform dimensional inspection using CMM & PolyWorks.
Analyze measurement results as per CAD, GD&T;, and customer requirements.
Manage calibration, MSA, GR&R;, and metrology equipment.
Support APQP, PPAP, fixture validation, and layout inspection.
Handle customer concerns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Drive quality improvement and cross-functional coordination.
Manage procurement activities, PR/PO, and supplier coordination.

Measurement accuracy and repeatability
