Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct English classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
Engage students through interactive teaching methods and classroom activities.
Help students improve their English language proficiency, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations, and other language-based activities.
Develop students' confidence in spoken English and skilled communication.
Conduct tests, evaluate assignments, and assess student performance.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide guidance for improvement.
Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective teaching and learning.




Participate in faculty meetings and other academic activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant discipline.
Valuable command of spoken and written English.
Robust communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.
Ability to help students improve their language proficiency and overall communication skills.
Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students with different learning levels.
Prior teaching experience is preferred.
Punctual, responsible, and committed to academic duties.
