Roles and Responsibilities
Manage credit risk across multiple products, including mortgages, LAP, home loans, business loans, personal loans, group loans, gold loan & insurance.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements to assess creditworthiness of borrowers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, colleagues, and partners.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them through effective communication with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
