Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
Identify current business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Customer-focused mindset and robust relationship-building abilities
