Data Scientist

Experience
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics.
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.

Technology Skills
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models.

Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and marketing stakeholders.
Ensure ethical use of data and compliance with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in data science,



Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on Big Data projects using technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
Experience with Dataiku and Cognite (highly preferred).
Qualified certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
