Job Summary
10+ years of skilled experience in architecture, with solid exposure to MCGM projects, DCPR 2034, DCR, and local building by-laws.
Responsibilities
Handle MCGM approvals and statutory processes, including IOD, CC, OC, amendments, submissions, and liaison with MCGM officials.
Lead architectural design, drawings, project documentation, tender drawings, BOQs, site visits, and project execution.
Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants, contractors, junior architects, and drafting teams, ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office, with solid communication, coordination, leadership, and project management skills; B.Arch/M.Arch and COA registration preferred.
