Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or Diploma in Architecture

Role Overview

We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer (Civil) for an office-based technical role located at DLF Corporate Greens, Gurgaon. You will handle quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and backend project processing using our contractor management software (Buildwell).

Note: This is a 100% office-based role (Non-Site).

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, audit, and process detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and material take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.
Operate Buildwell software to manage backend contractor data, verify project billing, and process quantity inputs.
Perform rate analysis,



measurement checks, and item descriptions for active contractor projects.
Coordinate virtually with project stakeholders and contractors to resolve estimation or billing discrepancies.
Maintain structured digital records of estimation files, software reports, and project billing documentation.

Key Requirements
Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture / Drafting.
Experience: 3 to 4 years in civil billing, quantity surveying, or BOQ preparation.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel, ability to read CAD drawings, and willingness to operate contractor software (Buildwell).
Robust numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and comfort with a pure desk-based setting.
