Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner to manage supply planning, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and material availability.
Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with forecasted demand, inventory, and service-level targets.
Monitor inventory levels and take proactive actions to prevent stockouts, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and purchase order delivery.
Manage MRP, capacity planning, expediting, and supply constraints.
Monitor key KPIs including Service Level/Fill Rate, Days of Supply (DOS), and Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Identify root causes of supply issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning teams.




Support supplier performance improvement, lead-time reduction, and supply-risk mitigation.
Drive continuous improvement in supply planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Robust experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
Hands-on knowledge of MRP, ERP/SAP, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and Expediting.
Experience working with manufacturing operations and suppliers.
Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and Power BI is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage shortages, demand fluctuations, inventory risks, and supply disruptions.
