Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with solid expertise in recruitment, team handling, and HR operations to manage end-to-end hiring and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and monitor team performance.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Solid recruitment and team management skills.
Expertise in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
