Role & responsibilities
Prepare HVAC project costing, estimates, and BOQs.
Perform quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings.
Analyze material, labor, and installation costs.
Prepare tenders and techno-commercial proposals.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project team.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2 - 5 years of experience in HVAC costing and estimation.
Knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
Solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
