Key Responsibilities:
Verify truck and vehicle details as part of the KYV (Know Your Vehicle) process.
Contact drivers or fleet owners to collect the required truck images.
Upload truck images to the company system or application.
Check that the uploaded images are explicit and match the vehicle details.
Verify documents and information as per company guidelines.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion of verification.
Maintain accurate records and update the status of each case.
Requirements:
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Positive communication skills.
Attention to detail while checking vehicle images and details.
Basic data entry skills.
