Role & responsibilities
Customer & Account Management :-
Handle various customer segments like End customer, O.E.M Sales, Consultants, Channel management etc.
Handling our Channel Partners or dealers.
Manage relationships with existing customers and develop long-term business partnerships.
Managing Sales Activities & execution of the project :-
Responsible for Specification Driving, Project Bidding and Business Development.
Achieve assigned sales targets for the complete Radix product portfolio.
Identify current markets, applications, customers and projects.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Resolving payment issues in direct business to ensure payment collection in time.
Coordinate with Service Engineers, after sales support, Key account management,



etc.
Business & Market Analysis
Monitor market trends and identify new business prospects.
Track competitor activities, products, pricing, market positioning and sales strategies.
Monitor project, OEM, consultant and channel opportunities in the assigned territory.
Technical Management
Mapping client requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
Interfacing with EPCs, OEMs & End Users for suggesting the most viable services & product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Handling the complete Field Instruments Portfolio like Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Corrosion, Acoustic & WIRELESS Transmitters.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing
