Role & responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Develop and manage a solid distributor network:
• Appoint recent distributors.
• Strengthen relationships with existing distributors.
• Ensure smooth order placement and timely payment collections from distributors.
• Build and maintain strong connections with retailers through regular market visits.
• Lead, train, and guide the sales team (sales officers & trainees) under their supervision to achieve desired results.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors activities, pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
• Focus on timely collections from distributors.
• Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Abilities:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and convince.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Robust problem-solving skills to resolve distributor and market issues promptly.




• High field activity & mobility within Bihar, including Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
• Excellent negotiation skills for closing deals with distributors and retailers.
• Basic knowledge of technology tools such as mobile apps, sales reporting software,
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Mandatory Market Knowledge (Specific to East UP ):
• In-depth knowledge of local distribution networks in East UP
• Awareness of footwear wholesalers, retailers, and market behavior.
• Understanding of customer preferences and seasonal demand trends (monsoon, wedding seasons, etc.).

Mandatory Footwear Industry Knowledge:
• Knowledge of product segments like Hawai Chappals, Sandals, PU Footwear, EVA Products, etc.
• Basic understanding of raw material costs and pricing structure.
• Awareness of competing footwear brands and their market strategies.
