Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings and detailed drawings.
Assist in development of plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
Prepare and modify drawings based on project/client requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules and drawing documentation.
Support senior architects during design development and execution.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants and contractors as required.
Conduct site visits and incorporate site observations into drawings.
Ensure drawings follow applicable building bye-laws and project standards.
Key Skills
Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
Understanding of working drawings and architectural detailing.
Basic knowledge of building bye-laws and NBC.
Ability to read and coordinate structural/MEP drawings.
Valuable attention to detail.
