Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day caf operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and coordinate caf staff, shifts, and daily tasks.
Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Handle customer queries/complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and support billing/cash handling activities.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
Experience: 2 years in Caf / Restaurant / Food & Beverage operations.
