JOB DESCRIPTION -
To deliver support services to Customers over telephone, e-mails and through website assistance.
To process the Customer request as per given situation
To monitor the online website / master source of data or customized data feeds for enabling action on customer request
To timely process data in respective departments following proper guidelines and escalation matrix
Knowledge of Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Mortgage, Loans and all other money market instruments.
Financial Knowledge on Company Acquisition, Merger, Amalgamation, Stock Split, various global stock markets and their price indicators
Positive analytical skills to intelligently handle tricky scenarios promptly.
24 X7 shift based compatibility and weekend working availability.
5Days 8 Hours Shift (Rotational Shift)
A minimum of one year prior work experience in a corporate setting in any domain
A Bachelors/ Masters degree in Commerce or Arts (Honours) in Economics shall be preferred
Should be well conversant in English language (Read, Write & Speak)
