Manage overall service department operations across the dealership.
Achieve monthly service revenue, labour sales and spare parts targets.
Monitor daily vehicle inflow, service delivery and workshop productivity.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
Lead and manage Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians and other workshop staff.
Monitor technician productivity, manpower utilization and job allocation.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain service quality standards.
Monitor customer feedback, repeat repairs and customer retention.
Implement Honda service standards, processes and operational guidelines.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Monitor service-related expenses, profitability and operational costs.
Coordinate with Sales, Spares, Accounts and Management teams.
Ensure proper maintenance of service records, reports and workshop documentation.
Drive customer retention, service reminders, follow-up calls and AMC activities.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and discipline across the workshop.
