Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify potential client segments (IT parks, commercial complexes, industrial estates, residential societies, hospitals, and educational institutions) across Pune and surrounding industrial belts (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Chakan, Hinjewadi, Hadapsar, etc.).
Client Acquisition: Pitch security guard services, housekeeping, electromechanical maintenance, and integrated facility management services to facility managers, HR heads, and admin procurement teams.
Proposal & Quotation Development: Conduct site surveys, prepare commercial proposals, formulate pricing models, and draft service agreements in coordination with operational teams.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain continuous contact with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying cross-selling prospects.
Contract Negotiations & Closure: Lead contract discussions, address client queries, negotiate terms, and close sales targets within agreed timelines.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and stay updated on local labor and security compliance regulations in Maharashtra.
