Openings: 300 Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates
Salary:
Freshers: Up to ₹3 LPA
Experienced: Up to ₹4.25 LPA
Eligibility: Undergraduate / Graduate; candidates must not be currently pursuing studies.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries over calls.
Resolve issues and escalate when required.
Maintain call quality and performance targets.
Common Requirements
B2-level English communication.
Valuable customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working from office.
