Experience: 3+ Years (Minimum 2+ years in Foundry Industry)
Location: Remote (WFH)
We are looking for a Casting Simulation Engineer with solid knowledge of foundry processes, CAD modelling, and casting simulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Sand Casting, Die Casting, and Investment Casting.
Understanding of gating, riser design, feeding principles, and casting defects.
Prepare CAD models for casting simulation.
Demonstrate WinCast software and provide technical support to customers.
Handle customer queries, technical presentations, and sales follow-ups.
Coordinate with the German technical team.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Foundry / Production Engineering.
2+ years of practical foundry industry experience.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent CAD tools.
Casting simulation software experience is an added advantage.
Valuable English communication skills; Tamil is desirable.
Interest in technical sales and customer engagement.
